The Alder in is a Non-Smoking property.
A fine of $250 will be charged to your room if any trace of smoking (of any kind) is found in the room. This means any butts, ashes or smell found inside or outside of the room. Removing the smoke damage from a rooms is very costly.....we take this policy very seriously!
Check in is at 3:00 pm and check-out is at 11:00 am. Cancelations or reservation modifications must be made by 12:00pm noon 72 hours before arrival**. Cancellations not made before the deadline will result in one nights room and tax charge. No refunds for early departure.
**For Holidays and special events cancelations or reservation modifications must be made 7 days prior to arrival date. No refunds will be given for the entire booking if cancellation is not made prior to 7 days in advance of scheduled arrival. If you are not sure of your cancellation deadline date, please call our office.
