Pets are NOT allowed on property.

The Alder in is a Non-Smoking property.

A fine of $250 will be charged to your room if any trace of smoking (of any kind) is found in the room. This means any butts, ashes or smell found inside or outside of the room. Removing the smoke damage from a rooms is very costly.....we take this policy very seriously!

Check in is at 3:00 pm and check-out is at 11:00 am.  Cancelations or reservation modifications must be made by 12:00pm noon 72 hours before arrival**.  Cancellations not made before the deadline are subject to a 100% cost of stay penalty. No refunds for early departure. No refunds for no shows.

**For Holidays and special events cancelations or reservation modifications must be made by 12:00pm noon 7 days prior to arrival date.  No refunds will be given for the entire booking if cancellation is not made prior to 12:00pm noon 7 days in advance of scheduled arrival. If you are not sure of your cancellation deadline date, please call our office.

Do you allow Pets? NO.

Can I keep my pet in the car during my hotel stay? NO. A barking pet in the car is anoying to others and is cruel to the pet.

Can I smoke outside of my room even though the hotel is a non-smoking property? NO. Second hand smoke is annyoing to other guest.

A friend decided to come with us, can he stay in the room also and sleep on the floor? NO. Most of our rooms accomodate only 2 people. This is considered a hazard in case of an emergency. We have a limited number of rooms with 2 beds that can accomodate a maximum of 4 people. 

Do you have rooms with a lake view? NO. Like most properties in town, our rooms face the parking lot and pool area.

Can we take drinks out to the pool and hot tub area? YES, as long as there are no glass containers.

Do you have air conditioning? NO. Because of our mild temperatures, shade trees, multiple room windows with exterior cooridor and ceiling fans, our rooms are well ventilated and stay quite cool. This makes it necessary to keep heaters lit year round.

Do you have breakfast? YES. We have a yummy continental breakfast on Saturday and Sunday mornings.

Do you have dining options near by? YES. We have 12 great spots located on our street...all are within a very short walk.

Do you have hair dryers in the room? YES.
